We expect all participants to maintain respectful behavior toward our guides, staff, fellow visitors, and the local community. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
- Safety and Health: Your safety is our priority. Participants must follow all safety guidelines and protocols provided by our guides and staff at all times. Get Lost is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by failure to adhere to these rules or by pre-existing health conditions not disclosed in advance.
- Environmental Commitment: At Get Lost, we are deeply committed to environmental conservation and sustainability. We ask our clients to follow our eco-friendly practices, such as proper waste management, responsible water usage, and respect for local flora and fauna. Any damage to the natural environment will be the responsibility of the client, who must cover the associated costs.

Get Lost reserves the right of admission. In the event that participants do not comply with Get Lost’s Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to exclude them from the tour or activity with no right to reimbursement.
Get Lost operates under a Security Management System that complies with all legal regulations, addressing potential risks through the use of appropriate equipment, rigorous procedures, and ongoing training. This system aims to minimize the likelihood and consequences of such risks, although it cannot eliminate them entirely.
