1. How can I make a reservation?

You can book through WhatsApp, email, or our website. Just provide the date, number of participants, and the tour you’re interested in. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll send you payment instructions to secure your spot.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

    • Local bank transfers
    • Sinpe Móvil (Costa Rica only)
    • Debit or credit card payments
    • Cash (with prior coordination)
3. When do I need to pay?
In most cases, a deposit or full payment is required to confirm your reservation. The amount and deadline will be specified when you book. Without payment confirmation, the spot is not guaranteed.
4. What happens if I cancel or can’t attend?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • More than 72 hours in advance: full refund or rescheduling with no penalty.
    • Between 48 and 72 hours: 50% refund or partial credit.
    • Less than 48 hours: no refund, unless a force majeure situation is properly documented.
5. What’s included in the tour?

Each experience varies, but generally includes:

    • Transportation

    • Scheduled activities

6. What should I bring?
    • Comfortable, breathable clothes
    • Closed-toe or hiking shoes

7. Can children or older adults join the tours?
Yes. Most of our tours are family-friendly. If there are any restrictions due to difficulty level, we’ll let you know before booking.
8. Are pets allowed?
Yes for private tours and with prior notice (small pets only, under your responsibility). For regular group tours, pets are not allowed, except under special approval.
9. Do you offer accommodation?
Some multi-day tours include lodging. In other cases, we can assist you with reservations or recommend trusted options. Ask us based on your destination.
10. Are the tours insured?
Yes. All our experiences are covered by basic accident and liability insurance, including during transport and regulated activities.
11. What if it rains?
Costa Rica is a tropical country, and rain is common. Unless weather conditions pose a serious risk, tours proceed as planned. In case of dangerous conditions, we reschedule or offer a refund.
12. Do you offer private or customized tours?

Absolutely. We create custom tours for:

13. Are tips required?
No, but they are always appreciated. If you feel the guide or driver went above and beyond, tipping is a nice gesture of appreciation.

It depends on the tour. Some involve moderate to intense hiking or physical activity. We always indicate the difficulty level:

    • Moderate (average fitness required)
    • Challenging (good physical condition needed)
15. Can I celebrate a special occasion during the tour?
Of course. If you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or want to surprise someone, let us know in advance. We can help with details like decorations, music, or personalized messages.
16. Can I book from abroad?
Yes. We work with travelers from all over the world and accept international payments. Most of our guides speak both Spanish and English.
