Comfortable ground transportation with air conditioning and full insurance coverage.

Certified bilingual guides with extensive knowledge of Costa Rican history, nature, and culture.

Carefully planned itineraries that explore iconic or off-the-beaten-path destinations, depending on the package.

Full or partial meals based on the itinerary: breakfast, typical lunch, local snacks, and drinks.

Additional activities depending on the location: guided hikes, nature trails, visits to protected areas, hot springs, wildlife observation, among others.

Lodging (for multi-day tours), selected based on safety, cleanliness, and location.

How to make a reservation

We offer several ways to book your experience quickly and easily. We recommend booking at least five days in advance to ensure availability, especially during high season.

1. Reservation via WhatsApp

You can message us directly at Get Lost In Costa Rica’s contact number with the following information:

• • Full name of the person in charge of the reservation
  • Desired date for the tour or package
  • Total number of people (please indicate if there are minors)
  • Pick-up location (if transportation is required)
  • Destination or experience of interest

One of our team members will reply promptly to confirm availability, answer your questions, and provide payment instructions.

2. Reservation through our website

Visit our official website and fill out the form in the Reservations section. Once submitted, a team member will get back to you within 24 hours with all the necessary information.

3. Reservation via email

You may also send an email to: reservas@getlostincostarica.com with the required information. This method is especially useful for corporate bookings, large groups, or special logistics.

Payment methods

To confirm a reservation, an advance payment (or full payment, depending on the tour) is required. Once availability is confirmed, we will send you the necessary banking information or payment links. Available payment methods include:

• • Direct bank transfer
  • Sinpe Móvil (for local clients)
  • Credit and debit card payments
  • Cash payment (upon prior arrangement and in certain cases)

Reservation and cancellation policies

Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the advance or full payment receipt is submitted. The deadline to submit proof of payment will be specified at the time of booking.

Cancellations

• • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund due to prior logistical commitments.

Rescheduling

We allow one date change per reservation, subject to availability and with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Minimum number of participants

Some tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not met, we will offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

General recommendations

• • We recommend confirming your participation in advance and arriving on time at the departure point.
  • If you have any special dietary needs, allergies, or specific medical conditions, please inform us when booking.
  • During the rainy season, tours may be slightly adjusted in schedule or route for safety reasons. We always prioritize the well-being of our guests.
